Picture Freeze on f5 box

can anyone help?.my picture keeps freezing every 10 seconds or so only on sky channels i.e all paid channel.I have updated channels and still doing the same.

Nobody here can help you with this issue as it's against forum rules, there is a saying but it doesn't apply here as you "need to look a gift horse in the mouth"!!!!
