Chrysler Radio Xicor X24C00 reading problem

I have in hand chrysler P05269484
S/N T BE AA 197 8 58491
CY5269484 K 07 58491
I tried to read Xicor X24C00, but can not find this reference in XPROG
What programmer can read ,
is there a replacement p/n

I typed 6141 , then display show repeat , I typed again 6141 tree more times , now display show 'Wait 2hrs'.

This radio is 6 or 5 digit code is 3444

I think my EEPROM was not well soldered , so code cannot be checked.
Before I desolder , wait time was 2hrs , when I ressoldered , wait time gone to 0 :blue:.
Now I ressoldered well and wait is 2hrs.
I'm waiting now , I think 6141 is the correct code.
