UPA 68HC912DG128 READING NOT POSSIBLE?

HELLO,

i have a question. I am trying to reaf this chip
68HC912DG128
but is it no possible. Sometimes i get the error Reset High error and sometimes all connections shows ok but then i got the error device not respond.


I connected to this pins:
Chip Pin 12-> Pin9,
Chip Pin 14-> Pin 5,
Chip Pin23 Pin ->6,
Chip Pin46 -> Pin7

Can someone help??

Try to apply external power to the unit

remove mcu and use adapter

if i try the mcu i couldnt solder then again to the pad. So this is my problem. The idea to apply external power to the unit is good. Please tell me which unit do you mean???? The ecu or tp the UPA ?
