smart 2013 radio pin pls

Guys after disconnecting battery radio ask for code dealer gives me code that does not work, i opened radio and read 95128 (as martech stated) put file in martech gives me pin 0000.
Tested and not work, changed pin in 1234 tested also not work.
could some one check file for me pls.242174

one file is ori with martech calculation 0000 and dealer says 9392 second file i changed pin in 1234 with martech.

Maybe we should counter reset!

I tried counter reset and changed pin ( see second dump this counter is already reset and i changed pin)
But not work.
