It's kinda useless now. The problem is BIG with that ML320. In a previous topic (by me: http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f178/ml-w163-1999-new-aam-data-help-396926/ ) I made all with no luck.
Probably the best way is to tell you the story.
The car was stop by in our garage for generation of 2nd key. We tried to read out the AAM trough the OBD socket with CarProg (china clone ofc, but with fixed OBD cable which was working few times on other cars without any problems).
So CarProg failed to read out the AAM EEPROM trough the OBD Socket. We opened the AAM module and tried to read out with X-Prog, again with no luck. Then we tried to read out the cpu with OMEGA desoldered from the board and in adapter.
Omega didn't read the eeprom. Then after alot of fail reads we tried to read it with ETL. ETL was working great and the eeprom was FFed (empty).
So the problems started from here. We finished with AAM with empty eeprom and no backup. The cpu inside is HC05X32 with mask 1D69J. Also the car was working great and has 1 valid key.
I found a dump (here in DK) from a different ML320 petrol 1999 Automat for 1D69J. When we tried with that dump, the car has 1 error in AAM which was Incorrect or Invalid transponder.
Also there was error in Engine ECU (ME) which was No communication with DAS or something simillar.
We tried to generate a new pcf7935 transponder with Abrites AVDI (for a not used position) and the STAR asked me to interlock the new transponder to AAM. I said yes and the interlock function finished successfully.
After that I put ignition on with that new transponder, but STAR said that (in actual values): Transponder Currently in use: --
We tried with another one PCF. After that with prepared PCF and so on. Few different ways to generate a working transponder. All was with no luck.
We found another EEPROM Dump from AAM module (but I think it was from A Class). Tried with that one and again with no luck.
After 2 days of fails we bought (today few hours ago) a full package (Engine ECU, AAM, Immobilizer antena reciever and a KEY) from scrapyard ML320. The Engine ECU was exactly the same number.
AAM number has 1 different number. We tried to start the car with these modules, but it fails. The starter doesn't want to work out. After that I read the car with STAR and the connection to AAM was not possible.
AAM Module missing. I have read the Engine ECU and saw that that package is from USA ML320. Probably their wirings are different so tomorrow we'll try to give back these modules to the scrapyard.
So I don't know what to do now, because there're no more ML320 Petrol 1998-1999 Automat in our country and I cannot find a good EEPROM Dump for car's original AAM module.
I'll write few numbers if someone can help with a dump or information.
Original parts in the ML:
Engine ECU:
A 026 545 66 32
6ZylFD
BOSCH number: 0 261 206 300
Controller 4ETS:
163 545 19 32
HW: 9273
SW: 9735
AAM Module:
A 163 545 46 32
HW: 9822
SW: 9834
210599
If someone can help me with eeprom DUMP for my AAM or can give me any more tips or workaround I'll very appriciate!
Thanks in advance

You have to seriously check wires ...for CAN on first place...on resistance and frequency.

I read few topics about these CR1 Can emulators, but few people said that I'll lose alot if I put Emulator inside the Engine ECU, but no one told me what exactly I'll lose. Do you have any info about it?

I'll lose Central Locking for example. Automatic Lock when car runs over 10km/h. I think there're few more things that I'll lose, but I don't know which.

Hello guys, The good news are that the car is alive again. Thanks alot for all of your help. The success was with the dump in the attachment 242534. It was the same SW version as the original AAM module on the car. So with that dump generated a new key (unused) with AVDI and then interlocked that transponder to AAM, then interlocked ME (Engine ECU) to AAM and woallaaaaa :) Thanks again for all of your replies and help. Large12390 thanks to you too for your reply, but I can't tell you is your dump working or not, because it's too late now. You forgot to send me the password in the morning :) Regards!
