Hello Guys, can anyone offer some advice or help with this issue, im trying to connect to an eeprom on the other side of this board, i don't want to remove needles as they do not look like they want to come of, so I've located 8 pins that i believe are the legs of a 93c46 dil eeprom. So there are 2 possible combinations that the eeprom could be on, i have tried connecting them both ways i believe that this eeprom is rotated so i have changed the pin numbers accordingly, i have attached the connection points that i think, but i must be missing something as it will not read under either connection using dashfixer, digiprog 3 or dp3? anyone know what im doing wrong? pictures of dash and the 2 connections i have tried below

Friend, do not remove the needles is very easy, it soic rotated, remove the screws, remove ribbon cable, and remove the pcb is not possible otherwise
