help to add a smart key for toyota highlander 2009 i have one working key

help pls i have a highlander 2009 smart key i have one smart key need to add one help pls i am usually doing it with ctl 300 if there is no any key so i can add one smart key
but pls i need help to add one smart key for one working key
i tried it with Toyota smart key programer (the red chinese one) whithout success

Very important:
1. do reset for 16min
2. add a NEW (used) key FIRST
3. add a customer key SECOND

otherwise won't work to add and only customer key will work again.

Why need to reset when just adding key?

If Smart key pg 1 is 98, reset will not be possible.

Like I said, when adding a used key to a customers key, please reset for 16 min and adding will be 100% possible. I do it everyday. Then add new key FIRST.
I use Techstream soft with a drew passthrough and tismasters calc. AVDI is a passthough device too.

Yes correct, only for USA models or Toyota before 2009.

New model system changed, we also do many everyday :)

I agree with gwee, only usa model can be reseetted by obd(16 min)
All other model, u need to read smart box and id code and a help from any dk elite members such as gwee or bram380. Thn only ur car starts
