Suzuki WagonR+ immo problem

Hello,

I have a problem with Suzuki WagonR+ 2005 1.3.
Ecu is Denso 33920-84E0-1 with 93C56.
Immo is Opel Immo2 with TMS370.
Ecu has no comms,Immo has comms,recognizes the key,but car won't start.
I suspect ECU faulty.Now I just wanted to ask,Suzuki won't block diag to ECU if immo doesn't recognize key,right?
Is there a possibility for immo off?
