Can someone please help me with PIN code for this Cobra 3195 auto alarm?

I've attached 93C46 bin and photos.

I don't know... he bought the car used and he wants another remote.

if you dont have this metal thing , you need on-off ign 3 times, then ign on and start counting blinks as the code

Nop. This model doesn't use the security key.
