Hello,
I have mitchell ondemand5 medium and heavy truck v 5.1.3 .
Its installed and activated but I have problem with program.
When I click on one of these " SYSTEMS " Year/Make/Model" I get this error message"
The multi-user network path is not available or has been changed. Please correct and try again. "
I read the manual online, it says to go to " Multi-user Data Paths" when I click on that I chose Browse button for the " Shared Host Path" and select the path to C:\M1HTR\SHARED but I get another error message " The multi-user shared path cannot be the same as the single user path. Please select a different location. "
also the " Shared Data Path" is grayed out and I can not browse that folder.
I put these data's by copying them in the shared folder:
C:\m1htr\shared\
Upgrade (folder)
data_000.MDB
Data_001.MDB
Data_002.MDB
Index.MDB
. Please help me figure out how I can have the software locate the database so I can use it.
