Navmam EZY40 help need

Hi all,
I have a navman ezy40 which doesnt go past the "safety agreement".
No matter how many times i reset it, it will load to that screen and when you press "accept" it does nothing.

Any ideas on what i can do to fix this?

I know nothing about these things but when i turn on it flashes
TA2.R09.2085.STF64
guessing this is the firmware it is running.
