Saab 95 3.0 TID with fault P1613 no start

Hi, I have in My garage Saab95 Year 2003 3.0TID. Car won't start. Engine is crancking. In ECU I have fault P1613 (no or wrong signal from twice modul). In twice modul I do not have faults codes. I read the dumps from TWICE, DICE and ECU...I think that problem is in synhro, but I do not have Tech2 to perform synhronisation. It is posible to do it by dumps? Maybe someone have another idea :joyous:.

What has been done? How did this happen?

Car come to me from a mechanic. On first view car have two "problems":
In TWICE modul car have fault B1782 and
ECU P1613
With T300 I do immobiliser programing and T300 guid me...wait 2 min and then guid me to program key, after that I have only DTC in engine ECU P1613.

In TWICE modul car have fault B1782
Mechanic badly assembled. And you have made for themselves a job.

Fault B1782 (Immobilizer active) I read it with T300 and with opcom.

Is there some kind of solution for this problem? Is it posible to reprogram ECU, DICE and TWICE with dumps from another car?

car has the original key?

Yes, car have original Key with remote. I check all the dumps from DICE, TWICE and ECU....they share the same VIN nummber...

how You read ECU? Is there eeprom, and flash? I can't see 3.0TID in mpps and fgtech..

HI, I read eeprom I did not read flash....I can not remember if there is a flash I think ECU have flash, You can read flash external... with labtool or something similar.

I'll try ktag, if it can't read, then read universal flash programmer.

And how you solved your P1613 problem? Synhronize it?

Hi I have the same car Saab 95 3.0 2004 and the same fault in engine ecu P1613. On Twice no fault codes, keys recognized ok. I buy the used one: engine ecu, twice and keys. But on the used set I have the same P1613 in engine ecu and P1782 in Twice module. Which module I need to swap also from donor to start the car ? Dice ?
