Citroen C5 2003 2.0HDI Bosch 3plugs immo

Hello, is anybody who can help me with this ecu from C5 year 2003 , ecu Bosch , I have tried a solution from ecuvonix in flash but even if the car starts, the bsi can not exit from economy mode(windows not work, AC ,radio),for that I have tried to recode the engine ecu but without succes, so now I need your help on this ecu.Below is the files from eep and flash.Flash is read with MPPS.
