Ok here is the data.
I attach two files , one is read by upa (carprog give me the same .bin) and the other file i read it by etl.
The upa and carprog files is until 07f0 line ,and the etl file continuous from there 0800 line.
One file is 2kb and the other is 2mb.
Is those reads good? I have to read something else for cloning? I cant find 95160 or something similar.
Thanks in advance.

ETL reading good but you selected incorrect file save option. I verify $800 - $FFF data from ETL and they are identical to of UPA.

Yes you have right it is the same , but on etl menu when i choose mcu in help window it have as default for eeprom the range 00800 - 00FFF?
Upa and carprog reads only eeprom? Should i read anything else in that bsi?

the 'device quick info' on the right plane is very helpful always use them handy! eep of some chips are at $800 - $FFF but not all.
To virginise the BSI doing only eep should be enough but to clone it you may need to do flash as well (some other BSI with HC912 may be with external eep too).

Thanks for your answer . So if i understand good ,(correct me if i am wrong)
A:upa and carprog read only eeprom.
B: etl make eeprom and flash read but reads eeprom from $0800.
C:For cloning my Bsi all i have to do is write eeprom and flash for etl read to the new (used) bsi , and car will start and work will all configuration ready.
Ps
The etl read i upload is full read eeprom+flash
And a question , can i extract pin from this dump?
Thanks for your time , i didnt make cloning bsi again and car is far away.

Hope you like to read this as I have more free time now :)
A: UPA normally reads eep but you can set to read all but on this mode not allowing to write (carprog is out of my interest on HC912/9S12).
B: Yes but for this chip and some others only but not to all.
ETL has preset a default memory template to all supported chips at size of 2,048KB then picking up the read eep, flash, RAM, config, etc. data into the template addresses as per individual chip datasheet. The data are highlighted and the rest not.
C: Generally yes, you have not to do anything else the car will behave as if it was with the old BSI. But in some instance copying flash and external eep (other BSI) will also need.
Yes, you can extract PIN from dump, this PIN is SAQN
