Hi all,

Any Immo off solution for the 24c04 does not works !!!
0x005E 00 and when you start the car then this address rewrite the ecu untill 51, and if 51 the car does not start and locked.

Anybody have the good solution? Ecuvonix and all immo off solution works until this adrees has 51.

Think this the one that works 50 times then immo back on.

Try lifting pin 7 join to 8. Write protect it.
or see if you can mount EEPROM external in a dil holder, program's 5 new EEPROM, give to customer, tell him to buy pony prog kit

Hi all,

Today I tested it all solution.

Here are the results:

If you modify all content to FF and only 3bytes to this address 0x0118-11A 01 01 01 then the EDC15M 0281001793 LX with FM24c04 works untill 50 starts.

0x0050: FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF XX 00 == XX the counter 1st.

0x0110: FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF 01 01 01 FF FF FF FF FF == 01 01 01 the 2nd counter

When the second counter until 1A 1A 1A and 1st counter until 51 then the ECU locked, car does not start in the future.

Error codes address is from 0x0060 till 0x00FF. it will be here to write error codes.

So, emulator is not assigned !!!!

There is no solution to these immo off which is 24c04 !!!!!

Hi bro,

This solution does not work !! I tested it today.
I tied a relay, the starter, is pin for 50, that will take write-protection, but then the car will not start.
There is no solution for this type of ECU.

The problem is in both flash not the eprom.Once you put virgin eeprom start the car once then you can remove the eeprom and the ecu works without eeprom for 50 starts, tested.

Something else is happening here, beside the eeprom only the 2x29f010 can be reprogramed everything else is otp.

I would try to put write enable to 5v and see if it starts more than 50 times

Not fully understanding what you are saying, some ecu have the "50 cranking" signal to turn on glowplug on crank.

can you see if it had this wire and cut it,

OR

Disconnect wire from starter solenoid, run tempary to a push button try the 50 titimes.

and/or feed cut wire to b+?

Hi,

I removed the immo box. The immo 1pin-GND 2pin Starter, 5pin OBD16-7pin, 8pin W line to the ECU. 1-2pin and the 5-8 pin linked.

The starter relay output of 50 I wanted to talk. Excuse me if I wrote badly, but I worked on this Opel Frontera for 2days. I was tried.....

Once again, there is no solution to this ECU !!!

The two flash not an OTP, you can write anytime. Then dissasembling the flash, if i have a little time.

What is the brand of EEprom? Original from bosch is unable to write protect. I faced it in renault ecu. After replacing eeprom on atmel, WP was enabled and car started.
