Hi everyone!
Can anyone help me?
Lada 110 1.5 16V ECU 2112-1411020-41 immo off.
The ECU unfortunately no identification number. (eeprom 24c04!)
The 24c04 write "FF" I pulled the immo box, immo box 9-18 pin shorted, but unfortunately the car will not start.
What I have found that the case is removed immobox overwrites the eprom dump!
I think that flash is programmed to be?
Does anyone have experience?

This has been tried, and what happens is that the rewrite line 00: FF FF 90 D3 90 D3 ..... the 70 line is random! (immobox pulling!) and will not start.
Do not get us rewrite the EEPROM content.

Very strange mate, this is tested virgin eep, may be flash is corrupted in this ECU. Try to search (many free projects in web, like winflashecu and etc. ) flasher for Janvar 5.1 ECU and then try to read flash via K-Line on bench. Your SW is J5V05F16. Size of binary file is 64kb. May be original flash may helps solve your problem: 244293

P.S. What immotype (APC4 or APC-6 or BCM HOPMA?) and what model year of car?

I do not see hair velcro smileys :-)
We've also tried the 7-pin EEPROM tied up from GND and connected to VCC (so theoretically write protect) and it overwrites the contents!
Looking for an ECU exploded, and I try with this throw you.
The immobox type APC4, photo attached.

To first - deattach APC4 immo.
Just try to use this program - it can delete immo directly via K-line and reflash ECU. I hope this sw will help to you.

19 ECU PIN - GND
55 ECU PIN - K-Line
27 ECU PIN ЭБУ - +12V (term.15)
18 ECU PIN ЭБУ - +12V (term.30)
47 ECU PIN ЭБУ - +12V Via 4КОм resistance (programming enable pin)
37 ECU PIN ЭБУ - +12V (power from main relay)
