reccomendations for sat box??

hi all, new to sat game as been on KV scene for while but looing at converting to sat, been looking at boxes like spiderbox 6000, skybox f5s, openbox x5, and alien box, which is worth looking at and what signs for fake boxes?? also can i use the HD sky cable already installed or do i need new coax?
