FORD ECU repair sim21 / 2S6A-12A650-PB

Hi,

I have ecu from ford fiesta 1.3 / 51KW

ECU SIEMENS / SIM 21
S118763002 C
2S6A-12A650-PB

fault codes are P0351 / P 0352 IGNITION COILS
probably caused by touched ignition wire which touched the engine/metal

Anyone know what parts need to be replaced in the ECU or has experience ?

HI i think your problem is in ecu.The ignition is controlled by 2 transistor.1 transistor for two piston.I have an experience with a ford b-max 1.6 gasoline and one of two thiristor was in short circuit.the transistor is BTS2140-1B INFINEON and look like this attachment !!!

good friend to me the problem is that the transistor sabian friend posted, already had this problem in 22 siemens yes, they had so faisco in the first and fourth cylinder ...
