Immo Megane 3 sid305

Hi, i'd lyke to know where is immo on sid305.
I have ecu hs, so i bought new one with same hw and sw, then rerogrammed eprom of the new with the one of ecu hs.
mpc file not good, so i kept the new one.
should it work lik this ?

these are files read with ktag, fgtech v54 didn' twant to read in bootmode, only obd but has been wrong during writting.
i test this afternon with eprom only changed.
i wil report

so car doesn't start, no dtc, trys to launch during 2 or 3 second, then nothing.
is it problem with immo, or synchronisation between ecu and car?
