mercedes c203 aitbag sensor

i have problem with this airbag sensor bosch 0 285 001 373 mercedes 001 820 97 26 (00) Q8 inside have mcu 912be32 mask 0j38m i think my dump is corrupt because i read for try to clear error and after this no communication with xentry , i has tryed put the original and is the same . the car is mercedes benz w203 220cdi year 2003 .
