Audi A3 8L Lcd Fail

Hello friends,here i am asking for some help understandind this issue.i have here one instrument cluster from audi a3 8l tdi year 2000 with full lcd.i have change already 3 lcd?s and it works fine for about 10m and then comes flicking,nothing appear.anyone have an ideia of this problem??the rest of instrument works fine,only this issue with lcd.

VDO or Magneti Marelli dash? If Marelli you might have a Microprocessor issue requiring reflash. Any other issues with the cluster?

Its VDO.no other problems with dash.everything work fine.only lcd flicks and dies.change already 3 on this dash
