Think i'm being throttled.. anyone else in Lincoln area experiencing slow Internet.. I'm normally topping 10MB.. 9MB min

I think schools should be occupied by children from age 1 year 11 months when they first go and they should leave school when they are 19 and have left home to go to university! Hm, think I might start a thread for this.....
