2000 Prado 1KZTE Lost sync

Have master and sub key, keys recognised light goes out but starts then stalls, ECU has immo system fault. Tried TC and CG bridged for 35min, immo light remained off. Still not starting. Anyone know if it has separate immo box with 4C and where it is or in ECU? SBB and Launch cannot find immo, chassis is KZJ95

ECU is 89666-60020 with 93C56, just opened and is full of water, dump is almost all blank FF except for a few addresses. Still looking for immo box
