Renault Scenic 3 1.9 dCi reading problem

Hi!

I am having problem reading Scenic 3 1.9 dCi with EDC16. I put the card in, the ignition goes ON and then I start reading (FGTech Galletto 2). Everything goes well to about 70-73%, when reading stops because ignition goes OFF automatically (I can hear the relay "click"). I tried pushing BC buttons to keep the ignition ON, but it does not help.

Can anyone suggest what to do to keep the ignition ON? Thanks!

do 1 step and brake pedal and start button.
or netral positon and hold start button 30 second!!

When I insert the card, ignition goes ON (no matter of gear or brake padal position). If I then put in gear and hold START for 10 seconds or 30 seconds, nothing happens. WTF?

try close all doors!
i see one time my friend open door and my reading stop and give error becaus feed OFF

It does not help. I will try BDM with Xprog-m. Can you tell me where to put power +12V/IGN/GND?
