From what I can remember uVision 4 is at least available free if you look. Maybe there is more.

I have Ulink2 and have download uVision and files for Infineon XC167CI
http://www.keil.com/uvision/

I have datasheet over mcu here http://www.keil.com/dd/docs/datashts/infineon/xc167ci_ds.pdf and see pinout.

I shoose correct mcu in program and connect as JTAG/ARM from Ulink2 to mcu.
But I can`t connect the program say to me...

Do someone here use this tool and can help me?

Should I connect on pinout OCDS as is for Infineon?
