autoboss v30 card issue

went to do online update on my card before sub runs out and cant be written too or corrupted and its 2 gb san disk and slider is unlocked as that caught me out before:eek:anybody had that before and is a bigger 4gb or 8gb the answer,3/4 filled at the moment:top:
i can read all files as it opens and checked for damaged disc it says its ok.

did you try reboot computer and run update again?
if not try to stick usb memmory stick any size and do update into usb memmory stick,
after that you can copy all files into your sd card.
also you can try bigger sd card up to 8gb but it all depends of what firmware version is loade into your v30
v3.5 reads 4gb and some 8gb
v3.7 (or 3.72 i can't remember) reads most 8gb cards
cards must be formated to fat or fat32.

scool boy error did not check the drive for the flash card default was f where mine is g upgraded now cheers.

l have a 12 month card but not used it as lm ok till july , if l update now will l get 1 years and a few months for does it wipe the 3 months off ?

It should extend your account for extra 12 months. At least in my case worked like that.

your program will give expiry date as you said july,i would leave it till expired first,hopefully 12 months you get lol.

I have the issue "No Quick Guide was found! Unregistered or illegal permission. You can only use the demo version".

i always had that " no quick guide " and box was registered at that time.

Double check serial number...
Also check for license.dat file - must be present in root folder and every folder with versiosn

I got the answer from the seller, they offer me the following operation steps:
Step 1: Check if your computer installed Anti-virus software or other additional software, uninstall or exit them.
Step 2. Take out the SD card from the main unit of Autoboss, copy the data stored in the SD card to the computer, then format the card.
Step 3. Open the upgrade tool, to update program of the device to the SD card.
Step 4. Read the serial number to see if it is as the same as the labels behind the device. (Read serial number is the activation steps we tell you)
Step 5. Show us the serial number that read out, and also the serial number at the back of device.
