2010A Cat SiS problem

Hi all,

I installed Cat SIS 2010A in my computer, but I can't get license code because no have informations about license code and serial number.

What I do? Need yours support to fix problems.

Did you install on laptop that already had SIS installed previously? If so you need to uninstall and remove all Caterpillar folders, then reboot and try install again
