Hi guys have a vivaro 2004 car not start but funny thing is immo light not come on at all on dash.normally if there is a immo problem LED will flash.i wounder if some uch is gone or supply voltage problem to it.
any body had symptoms like that no immo light at all?.

Check fuse from uch. Check the hazard buton or driver window if is electrical. If don't work is uch

Are all lights off ??

Are you sure immo problem - could be starter motor bust ??

Immo is always blamed

engine is turning crank signal ok in live data immo is programmed but next window is showing immo wrong signal.
i done basic check compression test fuel pressure ok is just immo light not on at all but it could be led in clock gone to,maybe?i never seen immo light not coming on?if uch is gone immo light should work anyway.
it only come today so will look at it more tomorrow,again

normally when immo light not coming on, fault is in wiring under bonnet

where you think? fuse box or some other location?

Try wiring behind nearside head light (take headlight out) you will have to peel back the tape, its quite common for the wiring to rot and go green, also try wiring across the gearbox as you can lose a live there, its quite a big wire aswell, there also the fuel gauge wiring there, but first of all take out UCH and open it up and see if it got water/fluid ingress etc..
Im assuming youve checked all the fuses
P.S. if your taking UCH out your best off drilling the pot rivet out so that you can remove the bracket as you have to break the plug slightly to get it out if you dont remove the bracket first

all working now UCH problem.so when immo light is not coming on its due to UCH problem.
