Hello Dk friends

I am from country where chrysler, jeep and dodge dealers shut their doors on our face if asked for pincode, even with substantial money offered. I know a lot of you have privilege to get pin from dealers such in countries like US n canada. However it doesnt work the same way here in my part of country

Then i started falling into hands a lot African n Algerian based scammers who said they would provide access to dealer site nd blah blah.. and next thing you know is money and access is gone!!

Trust me, I am losing a substantial amount of business due the unavailability of pincodes around here. Its getting harder day by day and waving off customers just due to this reason

SO i wanna ask my friends, how do you do it. There should a way which i am not aware of. Can someone help me out here??

By the eeprom, the only safest and scam-free way.

Use equipment to pin extract via OBD or if your brave with a specialist de-soldering equipment to read directly from the eeprom.

All costs money. try abritus72 or their is an american version which also does the older cars.

Practice makes perfect, after my desoldering/soldering you can't tell eeprom is removed :D No need for bravery or anything, less than 1 minute job.

SKP-100 and SKP-900 pull pin codes for Chrysler Can2 and newer. Old version KP819 latest production has same pin pulling capacity.

Some people haven't even looked at a soldering iron!!

Sure you can extract on most of these via OBD anyhow

I was like you in the beginning. Sometimes dealer won't give the code. Then I learned how to desolder. these 8pin eeprom are considered easy to de/solder. Hard to destroy. Some SKIM modules have mcu's and are much harder so you need good micrograbbers to connect.

Then you can read the dump and find the pin.

Now I'm buying T300 machine to read pin codes to read by ODB2. Don't forget to buy a good quality red Chrysler adapter for it. otherwise it won't read.
There are other better readers but much more expensive. Camelgd mentioned SKP.

I hope this helps.

siyadk i told u many times , Dealer accounts are closing always within few weeks so those scammer in Africa they will give u 1 day a pincode and the other day they dont have access.
u have solution or by DUMP or OBD , by dump is easy , but OBD all i know about is that the MVP or Tcode can do , but u cant afford this , so it will leave u with the option of DUMP , unless of an OBD solution which is cheap and i m not aware off

hmm people keep saying by dump is easy but we are all use to it.

Seen plenty of kit to do via OBD. Why make life tough ?

reading pin from dump is alrite if:

SKIM(99-04) it has 8 pin eeprom,24c02, if i remeber right.

Skreem(04+) again it is alrite if its 95020or 95040

the new developed tools such x100, kp819 fails to reads pin on the above mentioned model and infortunately for me , my market is flooded with these cars.

Thats the reason why I asked why i started this thread
