P407 FAP OFF SID 803

[Car Killer]

I have Peugeot 407 that fap is removed and goes to regeneration,i tryed with volta and ecu safe and still goes to regeneration,tryed removing it from bsi configuration,and removing the additive ecu from instalation list,disconected the dif. presure sensor and still goes to regeneration when coolant over 70-80c .

I tryed resseting sooth level before dpf off but same.

can anyone desable fap in this ecu

You need make new telecoding in BSI ( WITHOUT FAP )with diagnostic tool .

I already telecoded the bsi without fap,also removed the additive ecu from ECU PRESSENT list,and did dpf off with volta,and after 100-200km goes into postinjection regeneration

ecu safe gives antipollution error,says temp sensor after charger, i did it with volta an dont have dtc's but after few km,and when coolant goes to work temp it starts smoking.

menage to program it with CMD BDM, but still dtc's and antipolution error od display

That solution always work. Maybe your tool make something wrong.
Write full backup , test car then write only last MPC file.

i found the fault why check engine is on,and have antipolution error,it was air intake temp sensor, it still has faults about dpf but dont turn check engine on, will test for day-two and report
