Here is my SKYPE conf. in Sunday ... I saw they come online and i just wanna ask if they will change me Superprog for x-tool ... But i didn't have chance!
Those guys are total AMATERS and they will not get not 1 dollar from me!

Well was not so cheap ... Superprog cost 1.3k€
But they say ... no problem we will exchange you for x-tool and you pay only yearly upgrades. Well i try to ask them but now i don't really care.
It is not that i will use this tool on new cars .. for that i have Abritus ... but old Renaults and some other old cars this shit realy work good .... But i will not bother that busy man any more ....

He don't want send an estimate document or an invoice before and want receive the money by transfer bank document.
He don't accept paypal.
All compagny give an invoice when i use paypal. (the china shop give me too an invoice and have payment online,and adress valid.)
the service client is not good.

I tried to exchange the superprog but when I wrote to them about it, they ceased to answer at once in general.
Nobody exchanged superprog for X-too!!!!!!!!!!!!
