Blademedia 7000s some channels not working

hi i have a blade media 7000s a few channels some payed and some free to air channels no not work i have the latest firmware installed i have got a few of my friends the same boxes and also the nline came from the same person and they have all the channels working. the only thing is that i have a motorised dish to catch eurpoean satalites


can anyone please help

I would suggest you first update all the channels on the different satellites and see if that helps, Try the FTA channels first
