Peugeot Lexia3 Installation Problem

Hello Friends

I am new to peugeot plannet, buy a new Lexia3 PP2000 from china and it comes with 2 installation CDs one is diag box and the other one include the lexia3 and pps2000, i tried to instal it several times but never succeed,i only got zero from identified pc number which means the sofware does not recognize my computer. Can someone tell me steps to install this?
heres the steps i follow for the installation
1. i create a text file in C drive
2. instal lexia3
3. instal internet update
4. conect hardware and follow the installation
5. Activation of Lexia3, for the confirmation of RRDI code i type 001, customer code 001, Software version number LEXIA-345, the server request code i input the correct code,
the main problem is the IDENTIFIER OF MY PC i got 0 Zero.

I am no pug expert but just installed so I will try and remember.

earase old versions
internet connections ON
run diagbox.exe
after instal you need to activate - select manual activation
enter customer name (will be in your paperwork)
validate

enter address as *
postcode *
phone = 0

close down completely
update one version at a time - restart computor after every update.

didnt instal pug or citroen diagbox seemed to do it all.
