peugeot 307 bsi virgin 95128 virgin

i'm looking for a virgin file for the above,i have tried to switch 95128 and program key with lexia but no success.

or does anyone know how to repair original bsi with central locking problems,relay fault or bad solder maybe?,the car keeps locking itself.
