You cleared software settings also (code index, audio index) and not possible to marry with display.

You cleared software settings also (code index, audio index) and not possible to marry with display.
You use tech2 or op-com? op-com can't do program code index(in DIS),the most of code index not are available with opcom.

The Display is original from car? if the answer is yes can try to change manually the code in radio and write same pin that display, then divorce display and radio with op-com and marry later with pin from car. Op-com not erase code index and audio index when you do antithef off.

I have both diagnostic devices... but not possible to marry this radio to the display.
The display is the original of the car. I tried that way you described with no success...
