Mercedes c320 EIS problem

I have mercedes c320 2001 m 112.946

My problem is eis/eiz, i have 2 keys.
1 first key not work, no esl , no igntion
2 second key esl work , but no ignition

What is best solution to fix this problem??

Read ezs and made a new key.

First u open eis, and tell us the mask number of both mcu
