GS450H 2008 - cant program keys with FVDI

I made add key to smart box via transponder tool in FVDI for toyota, now power on with button start if key near button, make add key, touch master key to button, hear "beep", next key to button and no "beep".
ID box is very hard to get, car is far from power so make ID box reset via LIN not ease, no energy for 12 hours reset.
Any ideas why FVDI cant add key?

Why? Because FVDI is not good, that's why...

I tried with Techstream, same problem. First beep ok, then got error.

Problem solved resetting both boxes by programmer and add key FVDI.
