Ecu dump incorrect, all data 00!(not correct programmer......)
Please help correct dump, ECU-IMMO set. (Other dump not problem, I can key learning in immo dump)
Immo: 89780-87601 TOKAI RIKA , Eeprom:93LC66B
Ecu: 89661-87610 DENSO , HD-E 1.6 petrol , Eeprom: TC97101P

I am trying to read the chip 93lc66B from the same car and model.
But my minipro can't read it off the car.

Any suggestion for good reader ?

I suggest you try desolder eeprom TC97101P from ecu and start without immo
You have nothing to lose
