Alfa Lancia 2.4jtd ecu swap problem

I have dead ecu from Lancia 2.4 20v edc16c8 , only eeprom is readable in lancia , another ecu is ok but from Alfa 2.4 20v edc16c8
Haw to make immo off , bdm ,or another solution to start the car swapping eeprom not working.

serial numbers are not the same
Lancia "original" 0 281 011 554
and from
Alfa "donor" 0 281 010 988

eeprom dumps in post

only i did not try to swap flash memory ........

I'm making the conversion Alfa GT 1.9 The 2.4 20V.
Since putting too ecu from alpha 156 2.4 JTD 20v, I would like if someone has a virgin file.
Ecu is: 0 281 010 988
