BMW E46 M3 EWS off / Alpha N??

Hello Guys,

My mate and me having a project to build a E36 M3 track car with a E46 S54 engine.
I like to do an EWS off and Alpha tune on it.
I have attached 2 photos, my question is can i just read the two flash or do i need to read the MCUs or
shall i use galetto etc tuner?

Is anyone has the dumps please ?
