Kia Sorento 2010 need to clear crash.

Would anyone be kind enough to fix this for me. It is Kia Sorento with mac processor inside. Crash dump attached.249482

This dump is only FF FF FF

Your dump is corrupted or you haven't read it properly. sometimes, you may need to remove eeprom chip off the board in order to get eeprom chip read properly.

It is read out good. Please look in the middle of the dump..........

Thanks guys for help. I tested and got error B1840 I believe. It is wrong configuration......
Owner of the car tells me that is not original module. He had replaced the module before..... So, car needs to go to the dealer to get it married to the car.
