Fgtech V53 installing problem low voltage

I become crazy i have tried to make running the fgtech software V53,

i have hardware without dongle,

alway's if run it say low voltage,

could somebody help me ?

are you sure the hw are for V53 ?try again with V50 sw also dont forget to rewrite eep

conecte ghaletto to power and usb open software ,desconcet & conecte usb cable you ll see 13 volte
