2.0 tdci. 10 reg. airbag light on. I got no comms with airbag module. Replaced with new module, and checked voltage to module, all fine. But light is still on and no comms. Does anyone no were the can wires are at this module, and were they go, so I can check for a break in wire. Pinout diagram would be helpfull and were they go from airbag module. Thanks

Light comes on when ign on, goes out for a few seconds, then comes back on. This is why I think possibly can lines are broken

what's the VIN, the SRS changed from MS CAN to HS CAN midway through 2010. what tester are you using and are there other U codes present? also does the SRS module have a good ground?

Also worth noting, many things can cause non communication with a module from interference, a defective module that has brought other ECU down ect. hence the question about other U codes on the network, I normally use a scope for this, if it is on the HS CAN you can also do a quick check at the DLC pin 6 and 14 and check resistance, should be in the region of 60 Ohms it will vary with the amount of nodes on the CAN so 58-62 would be normal, make sure key is out and everything is off prior to testing like this or you will not get correct reading.

I use. X431 master. It communicates with most modules except airbag, and also vehicles dynamic module, but don't no if it has this.

I take it you have run a full DTC scan, what are the current faults stored?
would expect a fault in PCM or ABS regarding stability control

One of the codes stored . U0151, can not remember which module
