tey stolen my ecu from te car and they cut the 3 cabels from the ecu i need the orgi file from ecu but i dont have the ecu nummar what ist THE best solution ? The cahsis nr is vf3wc9hvc34654838
the car is ? peugeot 207 1.6 hdi 66kw and have fap the year is 2009

You can't solve this problem alone. Problem is more complicated than you think, it's not only flash dump, there is content pairing with bsi. Where you from ?

You'll need a ecu like the original, put in virgin state, find the pin from bsi
then coding with Lexia
But its not that simple to get all these steps

Im from holland i found ? ecu set whit bsi and ecu and the keys its same nummer 0281013868 is this pasibil?
And how must i make the cabels ?
