Peugeot 508 continental BSI with eeprom 95256 need calculation

Hi, does anyone can calculate km in this BSI.
Car have 156688km, and I need about 106200km.

your file is good:) right algo and chksum but one mistake you dont rewrite one more line with old mileage at h18D0
