Fault 0798 is brake clutch solenoid.
We took down the pan, swapped solenoid brake B3 and B2 just to confirm solenoid wasn't bad. Same code came back after engine warmed up.
Local dealer said to replace "Conductor plate and valve body".
Did anyone have any experience with "cleaning" valvebody and using the same conductor plate.
Upon clearing code in the TCM 2-3 times(after the vehicle is warmed up) and cycling the ignition on-off-wait 2min-on transmission works ok until it cools down. Then the code comes back 10-15min after cold start and few up-down shifts of the transmission.
Yes i know speed sensors usually go bad, this is not the case.
