JCB JZ 70 Hours

Hi here is a file from a JCB JZ 70 2004. Eeprom is 93c66. It has 7823.1 hours. I need 4250 hours can anybody help

No that did not work. Showed strange reading then went to 0.0 hours. I have another reading for 7824.1 hours
Any help would be great
