Hi,
Dash counter stay on 999999km. I change km for 900km/15000km/100000km/420000km and stay on too. Tacho meter works ok. Maybe there is different problem. Which signal (abs, speed sensor in gearbox etc.) is needed to works KM Counter in cluster?
Dash has 18pin plug black.

I think you should try another dump. Will need to be matched to the bsi though.

I put my instrument cluster to another good car and counter works so cluster is OK. I think that in BCM was information about 999999km or there is wiring problem. All pointers in cluster works ok only not counter KM in original car.

I put ecu, bcm and key from another car and counter KM works. So I want clone it. Ecu edc works ok but I have problem with Body Control Module. I program 95320 eprom from working unit to my but immo lamp not light and car not run. When I program ori dump lamp light. My unit is 503440070200 and from another working car is 503440070217. I borrow unit 503440070205 and program it and the same problem. So maybe in Mcu is different software version in different symbols module. Motherboards looks the same. How to clone bcm. There is Nec 70F3238M2GJA too

Ok. Nec have to clone too. The odometer in Iveco 2006-2009 is in cluster and in BCM. I need reset odo in BCM. I post 95320 maybe somobody know how.

problem is in BCM

ODO is OK

i tested km changed in 995000 km and rewrite 0 km

car work ok only 5000 km, tacho stay 5000 km, in BCM is 1 000 000 km

you have solution ?

in Iveco servis exchange new BCM + Tacho and car work ok

On Iveco daily 2006, odometer is stored in BCM and cluster. They don?t syncronize automatically, if you turn ignition on. You?ll get an error message. On Daily 2009, BCM and cluster synchronize after every ignition on. If the odometer in bcm is higher than in cluster, you?ll get the higher odometer in cluster. If the odometer in cluster is higher than in bcm, you?ll get an error message or "------". You get also "------", if there is a problem with your interieur can-bus (CAN B). If you change BCM and ECU from another car to your car, the other car must be exact the same with the same part numbers on ECU and BCM !! There are a lot of options (parameters) in BCM. Rear axle ratio for example. Or, if it has an tachograph (1381 or 1324 or none). Do you have an semi-automatic agile transmission or manual transmission ? You know, what i mean ? Does your truck have a tachograph ? On official Iveco dealer, BCM is programming by Easy Diagnostic with Teleservice (Eltrac), just online, nothing works offline to change parameters on official dealer.
Immo is stored in the flash. I think, the parameters are also stored in the flash from ECU and flash or processor from BCM. I think, the eprom 95320 in ECU is just for diagnostic trouble codes. And the Eprom in BCM is just for immocode and diagnostic trouble codes. If you program a brand new ECU or BCM or if you change paraneters with Easy on official dealer, it says on the screen "Writing flash...".

I don?t know, how to change parameters without Easy diagnostic tool and Eltrac Teleservice...

The car is without a tachograph and manual transmission, when I changed the state of kilometers in speedometer, so they do not overwrite anything, the BCM 995.000 km and 5.000 km on the clock, only at the moment when the vehicle has reached one million kilometers in BCM and speedometer stopped counting, stopping the value of 10.000 km

Mr greyg I trained this problem for one week. I think that in nec procesor are stored counter KM. If car make 999999km dash mileage stop working even you program 0km. You are Iveco expert so please explain us!
Pozdrawiam
Adam

I think that in nec procesor are stored counter KM.I thing that counter is stored in the EEPROM but in a different form. In Nec 70F3238 are stored aspect ratio (rear axle) e.g ASSY R=1:4,22 Z=9/38 (4,22) and recalculated the result sends to the dashboard via CAN-B. I suppose that after reaching 000000km can not convert (multiply by zero).
