med 9.5.10 checksum error

HI friend I have skoda octavia 1.6 fsi ecu med 9.5.10 nr. 03C906056CN
VSDC diag give internal memory checksum error..dtc light on..

I make flash checksum repair with bdm is same
I think eeprom bad...

anyone fix it ?
