FVDI Software problem help !!!

Hi,

i have FVDI Mercedes / Renault.
I have my Laptop new install Windows XP.

When i start Abrites Software i become ERROR MESSAGE

fvdi benz supports V5.11 and V6.4 together , is it right ?
